Undelivered GATE 2010 Scorecard
Candidates whose GATE 2010 scorecards have returned undelivered to IIT Guwahati may send application to the "Organising Chairperson, GATE 2010, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Guwahati -781039" along with a self addressed A4 size envelope affixing postal stamp worth Rs 25.00 on it requesting to resend the scorecard. The candidate’s GATE 2010 registration number must be mentioned in the application.
Issue of Duplicate GATE 2010 Scorecard
Duplicate GATE 2010 scorecard may be issued to candidates on request to the Organising Chairperson, GATE 2010, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Guwahati-781039 if the candidate:
1)loses the scorecard and sends as a proof the copy of FIR lodged in the police station of the area where the student lost the scorecard
2)accidentally damages the scorecard beyond recognition and the candidate produces an affidavit made in a court of law declaring that he/she has accidentally (cause should be mentioned) damaged the original scorecard beyond recognition
3)accidentally damages the scorecard which is still recognizable, but cannot be used as a certificate any more, and sends the damaged scorecard to the Organising Chairperson, GATE 2010, IIT Guwahati.
The candidate will be issued a GATE 2010 scorecard with the word “Duplicate” on it and authenticated by the signature of the Organising Chairperson, GATE 2010 if the candidate sends the following to the Organising Chairperson, GATE 2010, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Guwahati-781039:
An application on plain paper addressed to the Organising Chairperson, GATE 2010, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Guwahati-781039 requesting for duplicate GATE 2010 scorecard. The candidate’s GATE 2010 registration number must be mentioned in the application.
A Demand Draft for Rs 250.00 drawn in favour of the Organising Chairperson, GATE 2010,IIT Guwahati payable at Guwahati as fees for the duplicate scorecard
Self addressed A4 size envelope affixing postal stamp worth Rs 25.00 on it
